About Us
First Philippine Partners Bank Inc. (FPPBI) is a rural bank that was formed through the consolidation of four rural banks. The Bangko Central ng Pilipinas (BSP) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved the merger on May 11, 2021, and the bank started operating on August 2, 2021.
FPPBI is a consolidation between Community Rural Bank of Catmon, Rural Bank of Mandaue Inc., Rural Bank of Oslob Inc., and Rural Bank of Sta. Catalina Inc. The surviving entity based on the articles and plan of merger approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission is the Community Rural Bank of Catmon Inc.
